At Lunex Interior, we deal in furniture and interior products that are often made to order or customized. Because of this, we follow a clear and fair return and refund policy to protect both our customers and our business.

Custom Orders

Most of our products are custom made according to client requirements. Custom or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned or refunded once production has started or the order is delivered, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must inform us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Please share clear photos or videos of the issue. After review, we will offer repair, replacement, or a suitable solution.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind after order confirmation. Please confirm all details carefully before placing your order.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or agreed alternative method. Processing time may vary depending on the situation and bank policies.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made furniture
  • Used or installed products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible.
